Please note: SURCA takes place in-person on the Washington State University campus in Pullman, Washington and judges must be in Pullman to participate. We do not have funding to support travel for judges.

The application for judging at SURCA 2026 is now closed. We will, however, certainly need judges for SURCA 2027. Please check back in fall semester 2026 to sign up for judging at SURCA 2027!
